Candy was born in Weatherford, Oklahoma, and raised in Hinton, Oklahoma. She and her husband, Steven, have been married for almost 9 years and are proud parents of 5-year-old twin boys.
Outside of work, Candy enjoys volunteering at Council Road Baptist Church, where she and her family attend, and spending quality time with her loved ones.
Education
Candy attended Hinton High School and then pursued a Bachelor’s Degree in Allied Health Sciences from Southwestern Oklahoma State University, followed by a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.
Career
She started her career in Lubbock, Texas, working in a skilled nursing facility, but soon found her true passion working with the pediatric population. Candy has worked in various pediatric settings, including home health, schools, and outpatient facilities.
